Ordering:
Simply click on the "buy" button, this
will put the item in a shopping cart, if you would
like to continue shopping click on the products
tab and continue shopping following the previous
instruction. Once you have finished your shopping,
click on the "proceed" button, complete
the form with your details and submit your order.
We will reply to you as quickly as possible with
delivery charges and bank deposit detail. Once
payment is recieved the product/s will be despatched
along with a despatch email so you know the goods
are on their way.
Delivery:
Shipping fees are not included in the cost of
our product. Our aim is to get the product to
you safely with your wallet also in mind. For
that reason we assess each individual order and
quote you the best option available to us. Shipping
fees will be quoted by either return email or
phone once an order is placed. Payment should
then be made and product will be despatched as
per the above instruction.
Refund Policy:
We have a full refund on product policy in place
for products found to be faulty or incorrectly
described. The purchaser must make contact within
7 days for a refund to be considered.
Damaged goods:
All goods leave us in A1 condition, if you receive
damaged goods you should let us know within 24
hours of receiving the goods so we can take the
matter up with the company making the delivery.
We will endeavour to rectify the problem as quickly
as possible.
